Lavashanalogy

The multidisciplinary art project “Lavaşanaloji ” is a combination of the modern trends of the eco-cult and the cultural archetypes of Azerbaijan and the Caucasus. “Lavaşanaloji ” is a kind of work in a progress that embodies its ideas, turning to the mechanism of handicraft production, offers its alternative look at one of the segments of authentic Azerbaijani cuisine using ancient cooking technology and creates from the seasoning sculptures, conceptual installations, art objects and etc. “Lavaşanaloji” is a tradition and the construction of new meanings, where the interpretation of an old recipe turns into a field for experimentation.
